Thanks to Maia's recipe, I made my very own granola and I will shamelessly say that it's the best I've ever had! Truly addicting!
Here are most of the ingredients before I put them together. On the left: rolled oats, barley flakes, oat bran, sunflower seeds, almonds. On the right: maple syrup, canola oil and vanilla extract.
Here's the granola before it went in the oven.
And here it is out of the oven, in all its fabulous crunchiness!
Oh, and I also roasted some coconut shavings that I added to the granola once it was cooled down :-)
And here's the finished product! Granola with yogurt (homemade too) and some maple syrup on top. YUM!
